Good New for Government employees is that 7th Pay commission is approved by union Government on 25th Sept. and will be made effective from 1 January 2016. Pay commissions are usually comes after every 10 years. 6th Pay commission which was very beneficial for employees was implemented on 1st January 2006 , similarly 5th & 4th pay commission are implemented on January 1, 1996 and January 1, 1986 respectively. 7th pay commission will benefit more then 80 Lakh Central Govt. employees and pensioners.
