Sanco Industries a Himachal Pradesh company, Manufacturer of  PVC conduit ready to launch it's IPO on the National Stock Exchange’s EMERGE platform. IPO will launched today i.e. 24th Feb. Issue will closes on on February 26.

EMERGE is dedicated for SMEs and it will become 5th co. on that Platform.
It is looking to raise 4.3 crore through the IPO.
The issue price has been fixed at 18 per equity share of 10 each.
 The equity dilution will be 26.60 per cent.
The company March 2013  results shows net profit of 3 crore on a turnover of 59 crore.
