Lenovo a Chinese co. on will buy IBM Hardware and Maintenance division for 2.3 dollars.
The deal will support 7500 Jobs of IBM Globally.
The Thedeal remains subject to regulatory approval in China and the US.
Lenovo bought IBM’s personal computer business for $1.25 billion in 2005.
