Zomato well known Restaurant search engine gets funding from Sequoia Capital and existing investors Info Edge of amount Rs 227 Cr. equal 37 Miliion Dollars. Zomato was Started in 2008 by IIT Delhi college-mates Deepinder Goyal, 30 and Pankaj Chaddah, 27, the company has till date raised about $53 million since its foundation.
Zomato had previously raised about Rs 100 crore from InfoEdge over four rounds of funding.
Zomato which expects to earn about Rs 36 crore ($6 million), in annual revenue this year.
